Build My New website

I require a new website the framework is to be in Laravel or Codeigniter This is an image editing website the new design will be supplied. The website start with home page, with the usual pages about us, services, prices, contact us etc we offer a free trial this will link to a registration form and include the ability to upload 3 images PSDs, Jpg, Tiff, Png, etc Once the account has been opened the use will have access to their customer dashboard where they will follow a process starting with uploading images, once the images have been uploaded they will be take through a series of stages each stage will eventually create an order / invoice this will include a pay now button There will be various other features to include In user account the customer may want to create custom templates wee attached for more details Another feature would be once the images have been worked on they will be sent back to the customer dashboard where they will have the ability to inspect each image as a before and after. If the images are declined the user will have the ability to use the cursor as a pen and highlight the areas of the image they are not happy with and leave instructions All stage will be backed up with automated emails both purchase orders and invoices would have to be created the users will also have the ability to upload their images in different ways Drag and Drop, FTP, dropbox and ebay connector Please see attached work flow charts and screen shots showing the end to end process I do have flow charts and screen shots of the process will only share these with selected companies who i feel are qualified
