Complex Wordpress E-comm Development with Offer Capability

I would like to create a form of e-comm website, based around the sponsorship of amateur athletes. I am building this site in Wordpress, which I already have set-up with hosting. The premise of this is that my website facilitates the contact of both amateur athletes and businesses who want to sponsor amateur athletes. I need assistance in building out two members areas: one for athletes who want to get sponsored, and one for businesses who want to sponsor amateur athletes. For the amateur athlete area, they should have the functionality to: Register Add Profile Info/Demographics What Fitness Events they are partaking in What apparel they would consider having a sponsor on Accept/Decline offers from businesses with accompanying text Once completed their event in sponsors t-shirt, athlete uploads a photo of them wearing the apparel as proof My company will have held the money in escrow and then upon reviewing this proof will transfer to their bank minus 20% of my company’s commission fee For the businesses area: Register Add Info about their business What sort of athlete’s they’re looking to work with What Fitness Events they are partaking in Choose an athlete they would like to work with Choose a piece of apparel for the athlete to wear Choose one of their events they would like them to wear it at Send an offer of sponsorship If accepted by the athlete, pay the money to my company via GoCardless, who will hold the money in escrow until proof has been uploaded Business gets to see proof of athlete wearing their business-branded t-shirt I’m not looking for any crazy design elements here, just to ensure the flow of this is correct.
