Create Customer loyalty/reward to read and write to mifare nfc cards

We are looking for some software / cloud base website to manage rewards for retail customers using Mifare NFC cards. The idea is like a loyalty card system where we give our retail customers a mifare nfc card. They keep this card and we use a read/writer in the shop to update the customers rewards and give the store credit on purchases they make. Idealy this would be web based that we can host on our server and access and manage online. This could even be a Joomla extention as we are used to working on Joomla for our current websites. Requirements would be... To upload the scrip using FTP, We create a sql database and follow an install wizard for the setup. Or A Joomla extention we can install to our website. Must be able to read and write to a NFC Mifare card (we have the cards and read writer). Create Admins Create customer records - Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, store credit, customer rewards and then Read and write using NFC. Allow customer login feature, customers can login online and view the account balance. Admin would need to be able to set/change the rewards - for example buy 5 X get 1 free. Admin to be able to input customers spend and the to calculate credit - Sale: £100 gives % in credit then to read to NFC Card and customer account. (Admin to be able to change and set reward %). Simple user frindly interface for Admin and Customers. Email offers to customer database (not a nesessity but would be a nice feature.) The main point is that all this infomation can then be saved to a NFC Mifare card that the customer keeps and we can update in the shop. Open to any other ideas you may have. Thinking about it a Jokomla extention would be the prefered option.
