Create short videos to answer my programming questions, especially relating to WP MVC, WP plugin development, and JQuery

I sometimes need help understanding the core code for [login to view URL], so that I can fix bugs. I need someone who can explain to me the concepts/architecture/"whys" of WP plugin development, especially when used with WP MVC. For example, one question I had was "How does the auto-loading of files work in WP MVC? How does requiring/including files work in WP plugin development?" Because I like to pay for productivity, I would like to propose this: I will send my questions videos. You will make explanation videos and send them back to me. I will own the videos and pay you based on the video length. I would like to pay $0.25 per video minute. I would like the videos to be short (+/- 5 minutes), instructional, and concise. I don't think there will be a need for a long video but if you think there's a need (additional questions/explanation/hard concept to understand/etc), then we should schedule a tutoring session with screen share. If the video quality and instruction, comprehension of my core problem, and communication is good, we will continue our relationship.
