Create a Wordpress Template

We want a template for our VIP airport meet and assist service websites, that will then be replicated, with relevant content (written by us and that is specific to the airport/city being served) on 50 + urls of the form [login to view URL] where xxx is a country, city or airport. I am seeking a designer for Phase 1. If successful we will move to Phases 2 and then 3 . The designer needs to lead and guide us. We are not web people and we do not speak web. We want to be able to update the websites ourselves after the project is completed. We are told that Wordpress offers the best solution, but that is not a given Our business is active today with sales on close on USD 1m per year. Our websites work, but are homegrown and crappy.
