Custom Wordpress Plugin With Simple Custom Layout

Hello Sirs, i need a custom wordpress plugin that adds predefined custom fields to each post. we will define each field that is displayed (when adding a new article) beforehand in an options panel. afterwards we will fill them out and store the data. the third step is to display each field as a "tag" in the front end. these tags can be selected to filter the posts. important to notice is, that multiple tags can be selected at once. this will need to work with ajax to allow selections without a pagerefresh. CUSTOM FIELDS each custom field contains of 3 values: a calculationvalue and a displayvalue and a name. the first is used to sort things from highest to lowest. the second value is the one we will display in the frontend instead of the calculationvalue. lastly we give a name to that field like "camera" or "high resolution". FILTERING TAGS let's imagine we already have posted some articles with loads of custom field data. now in the frontend we want to select 3 tags: "camera", "high resolution" and "cheap". what is happening now? the query is looking for the article with the highest value for "camera", "high resolution" and "cheap". i don't know exactly how this is working, but a simple formula would be: camera_value + high_resolution_value + cheap_value / 3 = value_to_sort_with. LOOKS all tags are displayed at the top of the page (selected ones are highlighted as seen in the picture), beyond is the query with all the sorted articles. each article also shows these tags, but fills them with the "displayvalue". we will use these sliding css tags: [login to view URL] if a tag is selected, we put a checkmark in the "span" and let it show. if a tag is shown specifically for an article, we will show the display value. both happens without the need to hover. ATTACHED Homepage in the end the page should work like in the picture we see in the attachments. the layout should be implemented as well. it has to be responsive. the show more button is jquery/ajax driven as well. no pagerefresh. Articlepage here we simply show the articles text as well as the picture and tags with displayvalues.
