Help Needed For 3 Issues into An Ongoing Project - CodeIgniter Based Website

Hello, We are seeking some help to resolve of 3 issues that we stuck of for some days. I am describing these issues berifly and in details I record video for you so that you can see, listen and understand clearly what we are looking for. Our website where we need help that is made with CodeIgniter, PHP, JS, Jquery. Issue No 1 : 3D Globe Gallery Issue. We have a 3D globe gallery plugins purchased from [login to view URL] and that need some customizations. That plugins used to make by JS and PHP, HTML. Now, that plugins can run for static images that you kept into its images folder. But we need to run that gallery for dynamic images into codeigniter websites that we are building. Just like Facebook search bar. Now, you search and get your search result automatically in suggestion drop down and you select one. Then there is a pop up and we need to get rid of that. When that site view from mobile then when you hit that upload image button (choose file) then it need to access your mobile camera and then capture an image. That image need to upload into the server. That we can manage into the core php and that is working in core php. We tried to integrate that in Codeigniter but we failed. We need you to integrate that core php code into our codeigniter site. That corephp code is with us and provide you when we select you for to do this job. If your price is high enough from $90 then please do not apply here. Only apply when you are confident enough to do this job and you are ok with our budget. We can split up work in 3 mile stones. Milestones only released when we get satisfied. Without any full solution, no money released. We need full solution of our issues. When you accept this project then you start and in between you do something, that works but with glitches not 100% done, we can not release money and you can not go for the arbitration case to freelancer (or in other word - you can not put a dispute in this project). WE WANT FULL WORK DONE WITH SATISFACTION AND THEN ONLY WE RELEASE MONEY. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR 90% OF WORK. WE WILL PAY FOR 100% WORK. Our Budget Again: $90 for all these 3 issues. We need you to sign up a NDA when we finalize the deal and you going to accept this project task. After signing up then we supply all details of FTP. Before that we can not supply the details. NDA is just a word doc file, need your signature, your CEO's signature and the developer who doing this his signature.
