We have raw data that we want KPI's from. The export sample comes from our system. We want to hire a consultant who can setup the data into a system (any system) so that we can regularly export updated data into the system to view the KPI's. List of Stages Order Created Shopping Options Mapped Order Approved Fully Committed Label Printed Sent to 3PL Fulfilled Notes: The stages do not necessarily need to be in order, except the following: 1st stage is always “Order Created” Last stage is always “Fulfilled” KPI Ideas: Stage Movements From Stage to Stage Responsibility Order Created to Sent to 3PL Floship Processing Order Created to Shopping Option Mapping Scripts Shopping Option Mapped to Label Printed OM/Label Automation Sent to 3PL to Fulfilled 3PL Order Created to Fulfilled End to End Floship 3PL Performance The same as the stage to stage report from “Sent to 3PL” to “Fulfilled” but with filters for different Warehouse/3PL’s added.

Hi, I have some question regarding your requirement 1. Could I develop the system from scratch? It is quicker for your requirement 2. How do you want the KPI to be displayed? Graph? Text only? 3. Do you also want to compare the KPI for different time frame? What is the time frame? A month, 3 month, a year? 4.
