We have an eshop in Joomla 3.0 & Hikashop. We are importing daily a list with our products from our supplier. The list is in format: product_code,product_manufacturer_id,product_name,product_msrp,price_value_with_tax,product_quantity,product_published 88-67791FR,Gillette,Gillette Gillette Series Sensitive Skin - Shaving Gel For Sensitive Skin 75ml,7,5.9,1,0 The problem is that when uploading the list, products that are already uploded are shown as NEW (eg 40 new products while uploading the same list again and again), some images are deleted (but we dont even have the image field in the text area), some product codes are messed up and the import is not working properly. We need a really expert to check this and fix it! Please write "ok" only if you have read all the above and understood the issues!
