Joomla Component for Volanteers

Hello, I would like to create a component that will work in joomla 3 The main purpose of this component is managing volunteers So what I need is the following: The system should integrate with ACYSMS & ACYMailing Must be secured with clean codes. The main purpose: Volunteer will sign up in the front end with their interest of volunteering. For example: John would like to volunteer to help some people by providing housing, and food. Also health So John will come the site, and fill basic information and then select which areas he would like to volunteer on it, he will input his cell # and email, first name …. Etc. Then selection the services that he would like to help with. --------------- I will have about 10 Major services that are main. And each services will have a person in charge for it Services are: Hosing Health Jobs ….. etc So each one above will have one to 5 people who are in-charge to manage the volunteers and assign tasks. So once John register the people who are in charge about the services will get a notifications in their emails about john would like to volunteer in housing and health. John will access to the front end and can add more area in the future if he would like help with. John will also have a task board and message system “inbox” Volunteers will be able to provide feedback about the task they got and update. Once the task is done they can mark them self-available In the back end, the in charge people can update about the tasks, see the availability of the volunteers and assign them tasks and provide them information based on their interest. They can sort and see who is available and send sms message to them to ask them who is interested to do a task … etc. Also we will be able to send newsletters by intrest by tasks … Please if have any interest for a good cause, please bid. I have very limited budget and I’m here not be fool around with those freelancers who try to bid and spend hours with them then they ask for more money. If you think this project is not worth it please stay away of it. Also, please you must have imagination and a good logic thinking as the description above is limited, but I would like to implement more ideas. Lets talk. Thanks,
