Lazy loading of custom wordpress theme | Section by Section

We will not be flexible on price or time once you start but we do have more work if you perform well. Project Description: We are using a single page Wordpress custom theme in few of our websites. One of the main website is www.hoita.com. Our websites are now heavy and takes a long time to load. We want to improve the load-time by lazy loading each section one by one. We should load the sections from top to bottom, one by one as the user scrolls. If the user scrolls quickly, a loading spinner should be shown until the section is downloaded fully. Our main goal is to reduce the initial load-time and show the content to the user as soon as possible. This is not just lazy loading the images rather lazy loading the entire section. !!Important: Our theme has lot of Javascript libraries which will cause lot of issues. We tried three freelancers before and they have failed to deliver this project. They simply couldn't fix the Javascript issues. So please analyse the site and make sure you know what you are going to do and then bid accordingly. Payment will not released until the project is successful and LIVE. Milestones can be created if requested. NOTE: The website currently works on all major browsers like IE8,9,10, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, iPhone Safari, Android browsers and all major tablets. So when delivering this project, you should test on all major browsers and make sure it works properly without any bug. Once the project is awarded, we will give you the source code. You'll have to create a TEST environment and show the progress. We have few more projects in our pipeline and would like to award those to the Freelancer who completes this project successfully.
