Moodle Plugin Creation (Must check document!)

Looking for experienced Moodle plugin developer - MUST have previous experience creating Moodle plugins from scratch. Need this project develped ASAP. You will be working from a detailed specification document that includes detailed architecture & design requirements. Final code requires extensive documentation as well as excellent coding guidelines and well architected code. 100% bug free product required that passes all previously supplied test cases. Here are high-level requirements: 1. Modify an existing authentication plugin / modify registration screen. 2. Develop a moodle local plugin from scratch, following all moodle standards for installation/upgrading, etc. 3. Create new moodle web services. 4. Develop custom moodle events. 5.
