Need a program made discord and a program to make accounts on 8 different websites

I need a discord B0t that is interactive so when people type in commants like !food it will send them a code in dms. I want these codes to be inputted into the bot on a txt files. I also need this discord b0t to be able to store these peoples info somewhere so it can only let them get 1 code every 24 hours. The second half of the b0t is going to be that When people type in certain command this command will be something like !krispy kream it will send them a DM asking them to bind their catchall. So i am going to need a specific format for them to type there catchall into the DM so like !bind @test1234. i am going to need these peoples data to be saved somewhere so that the B0t will always know what this persons info is (ex. IF user jerry#0001 uses the b0t I will need to make sure I already know jerrys catchall so that he dosnt have to bind it again). After binding there catchall this B0t will need to work and communicate with the second program i need coded and this program that will be making accounts on 8 certain websites. The special thing about making these accounts is that the account will have to be made so that the day its made is the persons birthday ( ex. If the accounts is made on 8/06 the persons birthday must be 8/06). The information that was used to make this account will need to be sent back to them using the first bot aka discord b0t this is why they will need to be able to communicate with eachother. This is needed so that they can then sign into the account right after it is done being made. Only one of the websites has capthas but I will provide a program that i will pay for that will solve any captchas. This bot will also need to use selemium to fill out the webpages information. I need these b0ts to go hand in hand and work together seamlessly with no issues. I will also provide a live demonstration of what i need done for a better understanding.
