Greetings, I have been using PHP for more than 10 years. I can develop PHP applications from the ground up or take up existing applications and work with them. In addition, to my backend experience, I can also work with frontends, using VueJS. For this project, I would suggest to first upgrade the code in a test environment and run it. Then fix any issues that may arise. Finally, once it's working I would then check the code for any areas where performance and security can be improved and then do the improvements.
