Hello, i can help you with your project. I'm a solidity coder and can make any smart contract that you need, i've seen the website and don't like the design, the idea is great but. If you need to issue your own Token and create contracts in the ethereum blockchain to keep track of the votes that is perfectly possible. As i said, i write smart contracts so i can do your custom token and some contracts to support your voting system, the website design in other hand i supose that there could be some other freelancers that can do a better job. Outsourcing world is quite dod eat dog and whoever acts the most confident usually gets the job. Anyways, here's my 2 cents on how you may try to make your token valuable. Later I also discuss the implementation details on the level of the blockchain. Here goes: In my opinion, give people a set amount of free tokens when they enter the competition as judges. And then, have an arrangement with an exchange set-up so people can buy your token too.. You can't, of course, sell your token directly for an amount.. that would interfere with the free value of the token and I feel would be detrimental. Always go through an exchange or be one yourself. I think this may pick up with a lot of people winning and losing the free tokens and willing to either up the game or re-enter. Making sure one person can log in only once is of course crucial. Now, about the implementation of blockchain voting: My experience is limited to lower level details of the blockchain. I edited the ethereum miner once. Many tokens, including the ethereum token have the ability to support complex flows. For blockchain voting, and automatic movement of the money to the right place, you can setup competing contracts where only one can be realised - the one with the most backing in money. It would be like one big contract with sub-contract of which only one is filfilled. The contract, upon fulfillment, divides the total money into the voters propotionally to their bet. I think such systems should be out there already, I'll have to do some research. I bid but I think there must be some people more pro in blockchain bidding here too but in-case you don't find someone, I'd like a shot. I know I can find a blockchain implementation of the voting system out there in open source.. and very possibly, a complete betting system built with money appropriation in it. I would charge what my bid says for setting up the blockchain and offering a demonstration of it's successful functioning. I do not do web design because I am slow at it, but I can sure assist in making the interface between the website and the blockchain smooth.
