PayPal Payflo Link - Magento

We have ran into a problem with PayPal’s Payflo link, this all started about a few weeks ago. All transactions are showing declined but are processing through paypal perfectly. Im not the only one with this problem. PayPal said they are getting a number of calls per day with the same problem but claim it must be a magento problem because transaction are processing on their end. I turned on the logs, and the logs show the payment was approved. Below is a post I found on the magento forum, it best describes what is happening (but no one has replied with a solution): "PayPal PayfloLink Shows "declined credit card" even though PayPal approved and captured funds PayPal Payments Pro had been setup and working fine for over a year. Then as of the 9th, it suddenly showed declined credit cards. Shoppers tried again, got the same response., Would try another card, same note. then when forced to go through PayPal Express, the same card worked perfectly. In Magento all the previous attempts were shown as "cancelled" orders. But PayPal actually captured and approved every single transaction and customers were charged multiple times. The first incident happened right after PayPal Manager posted this notice: Jun 9, 2015 REMINDER: SHA-256 and G5 Upgrades to Payflow Production URLs Jun 4, 2015 Deprecation of selected Payflow URLs I'm running on a dedicated server and have done all the updates as far as I can tell. PayPal was of "NO" help at all. The only way I can get Paypal to work with a credit card is to only use PayPal Express (which is not ideal as I would prefer for shoppers to not leave the site for approval)." So the project is to find the problem and fix it...
