Php page to create and review sports gameplans/exercises animation

I basically need a php page which create(draw by the user), save and review a sports game plans /exercises. It should start from a query ui drag and drop module. There should be 2 zones: one with all the available tools (basketball, players, and various tools i will do in png) and the other one should be a field, for example a basket field where we should be able to drop our objects. It should start with e.g. slide #1. In this first slide i choose a tool, for example a basket ball and i drag it in the top side of the field, then i change and i go to slide #2 where i drag and drop the same ball from the first position to a new one , for example in the lower side of the basketball field. After i will create some other slides to re-create a basketball game plan. Basically, using a mysql table/s i need to review in this moment (and in the future) an animation (possibly with a speed control) that show me the movement of the ball and all the tools i have inserted in this exercise throughout all the slides i have drawn. There was several things like that in the past but all working with flash; This php page (obviously launched with a browser) should be compatible with mac, pc, android and apple system (so no flash) I dont need any login page, registration page etc. everything is already done. I just need the programmer to write all the infos in the db considering that we will have a unique Customer global variable.
