A PHP programmer to make changes to my website

I have recently started a small website based on OSCLASS theme, saudibaba.com. I need assistance to do the following changes to my website : 1. when a user creates an ad, as of now for location(City) input there is an auto-complete option, I need it to be changed to a drop & pick option. I need around 25 cities of saudi listed on the drop down box. Below link will help with the code. [login to view URL] This location dropdownbox should also appear on homepage so that user is able to search ads based on city. 2. Also i need a separate input tab for inputting mobile number while creating an ad.(This should reflect as a separate box in ad) 3. Also I want to provide users an option to pinpoint their location via a google maps plugin. 4. Currently while publishing an ad user does not have option to put the price frequency. example to rent an apartment, there is no way a user can put 1200/month. I want a box wherein payment frequency can be defined like day,month, year.' Thanks Abdul Matin
