Ref: [login to view URL]*%20no%20PO Required features: - 2 level admins : Admin / Users - Credit Note* - Debit Note* - Purchase Order* - Quotation - Service Order - Invoices - Statement of Accounts [filter by Company, Bill] * No accounting required for C/N, D/N, P/O. No inventory. ** All bills (C/N ; D/N, Qtn, S/O, Inv) to be able to export as Excel & PDF Flow: "Quotation" to convert to "Service Order" to convert to "Invoice" All 3 Bills to display same "Bill To" information, items descriptions, just that "Service Order" does not display costs/prices. Requirements: 1. Versioning required for every change to Qtn, S/O, Inv 2. System to trace action of User (When quotation is prepared by A, it’s stated as Prepared by A. When B converts this quotation to SO, this SO becomes Prepared by B. When C converts this SO to invoice, invoice becomes Prepared by C. ) 3. Quotation Status: Quoted, Converted to Service Order, Rejected 4. Service Order Status: Prepared , Converted to Invoice 5. Invoice Status: Paid, Unpaid 6. Purchase Order Status: Cleared, Uncleared 6. Credit Note / Debit Note Status: Paid, Unpaid
