Rental portal Website development (backend, frontend)

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a rental portal website that will primarily focus on listing cars for rent from various landlords. The main purpose of the website is to connect renters with landlords or rental companies who have cars available for rent. Only rental companies or landlords pay to display their cars on the site. This is a fixed monthly fee. Key functionalities and features that should be included in the website are: - User registration and login system to allow renters and landlords to create and manage their accounts. - The renter should be able to upload his/her ID card and driving licence at the time of registration or later in the admin interface (the landlord will receive these documents at the time of booking.) - Easy to use and most functionality admin panel for the landlords - Membership system with levels (for example: highlight car to the main page) - Car listing, searching, and filtering options to make it easy for renters to find the cars they are interested in. - Payment processing integration for the landlords to pay the subscription prize for the system - Automatic invoice system - Map filtering function (like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] map filter) - Smart calendar function. Display a calendar on the data page of each car, showing behind each day on a green or red background whether the car is available or not on that day. If a rental request for a day is received and accepted by the rental company, the calendar will immediately change colour to red. - The calendar should handle changing pricing. For example, if a car price by the rental company for $100 for a 1-day rental, but if it is a different price for 3 days rental (example 80 dollar / day), the total for 3 days should be $240, not $300 in the booking summary. - The website needs to handle multiple languages (English and Hungarian) of course we will take care of the translation into Hungarian. - We want to display the cars on a "product" page similar to this one [login to view URL] (This is a Hungarian website, please use google translate) - Good search engine optimisation is of paramount importance. The basics should be well defined, and we will ask Hungarian experts for help with the Hungarian keywords. We provide the legal part of the website (general terms and conditions and gdpr).
