Hi, I read attached document for LMS carefully and pretty clear with the requirements. I have 4+ years of experience in Web development using PHP with different framework like Laravel, Yii2 , code igniter etc. We had past experience to develop LMS system. Functions in LMS: Create course by adding different kind of content,Assign Course to learners, Attempt course and then evaluate score of users.
