Do you provide the data where the API that I develop then has to connect the phone number specified by the user to your data? Or will the API have to retrieve information from some external source using the phone number specified by the user - and in this case do you know which external source to use or would you require me to figure that out. I need more information in order to tell you how I will decide the solution but it should not be a problem either way.
