SQL Query to copy row of data from table to tables in database

I am using wordpress multisite so each site/user has their own similar db tables, with a unique prefix like wp_119_mail_lists Or maybe it creates a separate db for each user, each with a unique prefix. So I want to copy a row of data from one users table and then add that row to the same table of all my other users which would be the same table name but different prefixes such as: wp_120_bftpro_lists wp_121_bftpro_lists wp_122_bftpro_lists Is that possible to do with sql in phpmyadmin? I will attach 2 files with the rows I need to copy. So on wp_119_bftpro_lists I want be able to copy one row of data to any other tables with the same name but different prefix. So I may have 100 tables with a different prefix like this wp_***_bftpro_lists - *** may be a 2 or 3 digit number. With the other file I have attached, wp_119_bftpro_fields I will want to copy 5 rows of data to all other tables with the same name and again with each having a different prefix but all the same structure. I am not sure how to explain it so please contact me if you need more info. I am open to suggestions if there is a better way to copy the info between tables or if you can create a wordpress plugin that be easy to use. Thanks! -George
