Code is needed for Magento 1.8.1 to change so its possible to use tier pricing in Shopping Cart Price Rules. We need to make it possible to include tier price in Shopping Cart Price Rules so we can make codes where ex. Product price is X, Tier price is defined for 6 pcs. at price Y. Code Z is made to give 10% discount on products where Tier price is < 0. If product X is in cart for 1-5 pcs. Code Z will give 10%. If changed to 6 pcs. Code Z will not work anymore as Tier price > 0.
