Hi there! I have the experience of installing and configuring PHP, MySQL applications on Windows IIS servers. Since you have static IP address, we can host Vtiger instance on your server and bind a domain to the static IP. Steps: 1. Install PHP Manager IIS extension 2. Install MySQL server for database 3.
