Web Scraper

We have a relatively small budget and the project will be split into 2 small projects posted individually on Freelance. A content scraper is required preferably in WP, the app needs to scrape and obtain the full contents of an article from either a desired web page or rss feed. I am aware a number of scrapers exist in WP but to satisfy this project you need to - setup the scraper to scrape a number of sites - needs to be able to import title image only and not any other images in the article - needs to import meta tags and keywords, descriptions - preferably spin the article in a seo compliant manor - override the author to be a specified name - allow publishing on demand or by schedule. - flag articles with select keywords for review The budget is open for consideration.
