We require the design, development and installation of a WordPress based website. We will provide: 1. Logo in High Resolution 2. Corporate color scheme 3. Content for each area. 4. Current site’s database (wordpress). AREAS OF THE WEBSITE - Home page - Patients area - Information (text) - Find a Doctor (Directory, described below) - Featured members (described below) - FAQ (text) - Physicians - Health Insurance (text) - News (blog) - Join Us (Form to add members, includes payment. See below). - Classifieds (self explanatory, members and guests can use this area). - Education (text) - Calendar (Explained below) - Registration (explained below) - Other events (calendar) - (four more areas, just text). - Members area (just active when member is logged in). - Profile - Events - TBD (At least four more areas, just text). - About us (text) - Sponsors (displays members Level 5 information as directory and their subcategory). Functionalities: I. MEMBERS MANAGEMENT We need to manage site members, which are NOT the same as WordPress users. There are six categories: - Level 0: Public / Guest : FREE - Level 1: Students and supporting members. PAID - Level 2: New Graduates - First year physicians, out-of-state physicians and retired physicians: PAID - Level 3: Practicing Physicians: PAID - Level 4: Featured Physicians: PAID - Level 5: Corporate Partners : PAID, and has 5 sub levels: - Topaz - Turquoise - Jade - Azurite - Amethyst There are two status for members: - Active: Billing is up to date. - Inactive: Didn’t pay subscription or subscription expired. If this happens, then they are still in the database, but their category is now Public/Guest; the system should be able to keep the member’s original category stored, in case the member renews the subscription. FIELDS: - Name * - Last Name * - Email * - Address * - City * - State * - Zip Code * - How long have you been licensed? - Birthday - College - License Nr. * - Clinical Focus * - Practice Name * - Practice Address * - Phone number * - Fax Number - Website - Photo - Biography Requirements: PAYMENT and RENEWALS: - Connect to a payment processor the members management system. We currently use [login to view URL] - Use Authorize to store payment information from user. Have the auto-renew option as DEFAULT when they create their account in the system for an specific period (yearly is our preference). - Send automatic renewal notices one week before auto-renew happens. - Send automatic reminder of payment method close expiration date. - Send a weekly report to the admin/admins (wordpress admins) of the members that are about to expire during the upcoming week. - If auto renew happens, the system should automatically put the user in active mode, in the category they signed up for. - If auto renew doesn’t happen, the system should automatically put the user in inactive mode, store the original category, and change the user to Public/Guest mode. - If renewal happens after an inactivation, then the user is moved back to the original category and the status is set to active. PROFILES - Members should be able to see their profiles at all times. - A notification to WordPress admin should be sent overtime a member sign up for the system. DATA DISPLAY: - Every Level 3 and 4 members, should be displayed in a directory, which will be one of the areas of the website. This directory is a table that should show, on alphabetical order by last name: - Name - Practice Name - Clinical Focus - License Number --- NOTE.
