The physician’s office needs to automate the patient onboarding process and also maintain the electronic records of patient information. The electronic records need to be protected under HIPAA guidelines. So only those who has correct permissions can only access the data. The patient will be given a tablet (like iPad etc.) to enter the patient's information and medical history. Once submitted, a record needs to be created in the Database and also an empty folder in the OneDrive and corresponding documents will be placed in that respective patient folder. The physician need to have a way to generate a PDF Form from the data entered in the system.
