I could help with your project, but I really need more details/info about. 1 - what kind of assemblies are supposed to be welded? depending the assembly type/features, the jig (i guess is about a jig, rather than a mold) could remain the same, could be adaptive ( with a degree of compliance) or should have interchangeable elements 2 - what kind of welding procedure is involved (mma, mig-mag or tig-wig)? 3 - which is the variation in the shape/weight/size of the parts? 4 - how the parts are fitted together? on the welding table or apart... 5 - a lot of different questions which should be considered..
