As a CoE lead, you just received intimation that two large clients have been onboarded one of Goodera’s product modules this week. Now, you have been given the responsibility of implementing the same project for both clients in a span of three months. As a matter of fact, you have your entire team of six members already in place for implementation and a five member team for support. They are fairly well experienced and familiar with the procedures and policies of the organization. Both the projects are very similar and the time required for each of the projects is very similar. While it is feasible and desirable to approach these projects in this fashion, it requires extreme fine-tuning of the linkages. In addition, the resources have to be allocated and managed with a very high degree of accuracy. You know that the resource management is going to be critical and that you have to do a bit of tight rope walking.
