Construction Cost Estimator/Proposal Writer -- 2

I have a construction company called Solon Construction ([login to view URL]) and we need help in preparing estimates/proposals for construction projects. Our firm receives blue prints and we are asked to bid on these projects for the services we provide. Our services are limited to drywall, painting, installation of doors and windows, demolition, light electrical work, and a few other services. We do not construct new buildings, work on HVAC systems, handle major plumbing projects, roofs, and fire protection, etc. Thus, we only want to bid on the services we offer. We need someone to review blueprints, match our skills to the project, and estimate costs. The person doing this job will need to learn US-based costs for drywall, labor, paint, materials and supplies, etc. This is a difficult project and we are looking for someone experienced in these areas.
