Hello there, we can build a configurable bot via telegram api using a python library called telethon and also for a fast and realiable UI development, we could use a library called streamlit which will also support login (authenication) with credits (username and password) and some ui widgets like drop downs to select channels or links to send messages. Hey there Emre! I just built a similar telegram userbot, except eithout a web UI. It sends specified messages at user defined intervals as a telegram user(not a bot). I could easily rewrite the code to better suit your needs, so let me know what you think!
