Custom Membership Card Web Creation

While Odoo caters to most of our membership tools, we require an additional feature not currently available in Odoo. We are seeking assistance in creating a straightforward website using any platform of your choice. The primary function of this website is to: Input: • Membership application page. Click the application button to open application page. • Complete a membership application form with details such as name, business name, business address, phone number, email, tax ID, etc. (This part can be done by our front desk assistant through the webstie) • Manually input/assign a barcode by our front desk. (Barcode can be obtained from a link which is linked to the excel sheet.) Output: • Upon entering the information above, the system should generate a DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD containing a barcode. • Assigned barcode number to be converted to the 2D barcode which is scannable. • The format can be either an image or a PDF. • Subsequently, we would like the digital card to be sent to the customer via email. • In the future, members can present their digital membership card on their phones when visiting our store. ******We aim to scan the barcode to access their profile in Odoo (assuming the Odoo membership setup is already in place). The important part of this work is that the website should convert the imported barcode numbers into the correct 2D BARCODE format, enabling us to scan it from the screen of smart phone.****** #####It's important to note that there is no requirement for direct involvement with Odoo in this project.
