Data Preprocessing in IPython (Data preprocessing, cleaning, etc.)

I need help in the preprocessing aspect of a project. This has to be strictly done in IPython. It contains has 3 parts, analysis of missing values, data preparation and data exploration. It’s a pretty straight forward project, I’ll be here for guidance and there are specific tasks I need to be done. It should take 1-2 hours for a experienced person, maybe less. I’ll need you to also communicate to me what the code does and logic is behind the code. Completion Date: 3rd April Process: Before you accept the project, I will chat with yourself and go through a more detailed version of what the expectations will be from the outset, so we’re both aware of what to expect. The budget for this project is $50 NZD and I'm happy with the work, I have one other Python-related project for yourself.
