Hey, I have been using pre-commit for 5 years. For all what you specified I would need your preferences for code style, flake/black/autopep same for linting. Also what would be the wanted code coverage for the pre-commit to pass. We can implement fix on commit so if someone commits faulty code that can be easily fixed it will be done by the pre-commit.
