I have many image proecssing experience. First of all, i am ocr expert(in ocr, image calibration, image segmentation, layout detection, blob detection, link component detection, cropping charractor, finally, character recognition). OCR programs are document recognition, car plate recognition, container number recognition, meter recognition and car ocr and so on. Secondly, i am object detection expert. In this, we develope ada-boosting learner, (haar, hog feature), and detector. and we develop tracking(optical flow, templating matching, meanshift, and so on). Especially, we have electron policy system(car detection and recognition, lane detection, signal lamp detection ...). Thirdly, we have many image processing programs(people counting, face detection and recognition, log detetion and so on.)

Dear Sir, Iam expert in both Matlab and python and have a good experience in openCV and also made handwritten digits recognition using ANN in both Matlab and python. to be honest didn.t make Feature extraction before the ANN as the ANN finds it alone. Have good day Thanks Best Regads Hany Aly

I can implement this using Neural Networks(of your choice) and logistic regression. My Bachelor's degree project was one Deep learning and I can finish this easily. I have also worked with MNIST dataset for recognizing the handwritten digits.

We have developed Deep Learning projects that can recognize handwriiten marks on document images. We have developed the solutions using Convolutional Neural Networks and enhanced the results using Inception models and LSTM. We have a team of four developers experienced with development of Machine learning software. I have done my PhD in Machine Learning "Development of an integrated machine learning system and its application to generate intelligent tutoring systems'". This was in 1994.

worked on a project that involved MNIST handwritten datasets, which represented numbers. with the help of deep learning , adjusting the parameters to find the optimum fit on both the training , test dataset. this project seems similar and thus i would be able to contribute with my full potential
