The project target is as follows.
It is a real time monitoring of the factory ON and OFF switch / valve. For example, a camera will take the real-time pictures. Then the system will process and classify the image one by one in real time to determine is the machine is ON or OFF classifying the image. This is to find if there is any abnormality in the ON and OFF state, for example the Valve should be OFF but it is ON, same the way, the switch should be ON but it is OFF.
When it is OFF – the valve / switch should be 0 degree angle. When it is ON, the valve / switch should be 90 degree angle. This is the correct way, if anything different that should be abnormal. In any abnormality the system should produce an Alert sound. And send an alert message to the person in charge (this is the 2nd step, not needed at this moment).
I have written sample source code by C# using OpenCV libraries. But it needs a little modification to adjust with my images.
Please let me know if you are interested in the project and strong in using C# and OpenCV. I do not like to use any other algorithm like deep learning / SVM etc.
