Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) to Help Victims on Social Sites (Social Scraper, ReconSpider, Python/Django, Analysis)

We need to help victims of cyber abuse, botnets, and threats using Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) to find and analyze the users on all social platforms, websites using webscraping and modifying current open sources on GitHub. -- This is to help victims of abuse and crimes, especially female victims, who are then sent death threats 24/7 for years. The social media websites refuse to help them, so we will. Parts: 1) Pulling up the analysis on users - picking up their abuse and showing which cross-platforms they use it on 2) Generating this on a readable dashboard and providing it as a downloadable analysis report - Any detectable info: IPs, usernames, descriptions, photos, sites, locations 3) Working with our webscrapped and labeled data to label abusive users, so it needs to sync/connect with our other coder working on that project. It will then auto-send users from there (not only manually typed in) 4) Dashboard that continually updates information, see Twitter Dashboard using OSINT - We both manually pull it up, and also auto-pull it. Ultimately, we want to continually monitor. These codes will help us to monitor/track the Offenders against the victim, including on multiple social sites for our projects to respond/rescue the victim: Examples: Social Scraper using OSINT(Open Source INTelligence) on social sites - "This system is capable of analyzing all social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc., and other outlets seeking the same suspect.
