Hi there, We can use OpenCV and other facial recognition tools to help with your task. But from what I've seen, these tools usually just give us a probability of a match. So, we'll save in the database: 1. The names of the two pictures (one of a person we know and the other we're searching for faces in) 2. The name or ID of the person we're searching for 3. The probability of a match (like how much the features match, shown as a percentage) It would be best to have a simple web interface with multiple pages. Users can upload pictures of people they know, and then upload random pictures to search for faces in. All the pictures will be compared to the ones we already have. We can also tag faces that don't match anyone in our database. Later, if we find a match for those unknown faces, we'll know. Let me know what system you want to use for this project. I like working with Linux, so we can set up a virtual machine running Linux. I'll write scripts for you to use on that virtual machine for setting things up. But doing so will increase the hassle of image displays every-time we need to review the images, furthermore as saving in database will consume more space, the database backups and transfers from one location to another will become cumbersome.
