For this project, I require a freelancer with explicit skills in Python and predictive modeling like CNN UNET,SVM,RESNET, specifically Semantic Segmentation. The primary goal is to harness AI in understanding images and mining useful insights therefrom. Using GOOGLE Colab is best for me I have code for Model i will give and i have some augmentation codes that work with colab Here's a step-by-step plan to accomplish your project:(Google Colab is Best for me) [login to view URL] Dataset: Split your dataset into training, testing, and validation sets with ratios of 0.6, 0.2, and 0.2 respectively. You can use libraries like scikit-learn to achieve this. [login to view URL] Augmentation: Apply various augmentation techniques to create separate augmented datasets. These techniques include: Rotation Contrast adjustment Resizing Inverse resizing Zooming in [login to view URL] MFSNet Model: Utilize the provided code for the MFSNet model. Ensure that the model is properly configured and ready for training. [login to view URL] Model: Train the MFSNet model using the original training dataset and evaluate its performance on the original testing dataset. Calculate accuracy metrics such as Dice coefficient and mIoU. [login to view URL] Dataset Training: For each augmented dataset, train the MFSNet model using the augmented training dataset. Evaluate the performance of the model on the original testing dataset as well as on the augmented validation dataset. [login to view URL] accuracy metrics for each augmented dataset. [login to view URL] Results: Create graphs or visualizations to compare the performance of the model on different datasets. You can plot metrics such as Dice coefficient and mIoU for each dataset to analyze the impact of augmentation on model performance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of data analysis, predictive modeling, and Python. Relevant experience in image analysis and semantic segmentation will give you an edge over others.
