I need to write a Python Program that takes MP3 files from the internet and combines them to make a voicemail, based on user inputs. I have a word document that outlines all of the requirements (there aren't many) and an example of the code I need. This project needs to be completed by May 12th at midnight, but it should only take a few hours at most.
