Writing python program to scrap website and store info into MYSQL can be done easily. Opencart implementation I am not sure for now as it's been a long time I implement any ecommerce gateway but I will give it a try after db creation successfully. I have written several programs to crawl/scrap websites (like Google, facebook etc) and collect information in database successfully in the past. I am very much comfortable in that part. I would love to discuss more about the project.
