Small Python project

The user inputs a file name. The program reads the file and checks if it contains just numbers or if it also contains text. If it only contains numbers it should print out the largest and smallest number, find the mean, the median and the standard deviation. If it contains text it should count the words and print out number of unique words, print out the five most common words in the text. It should not matter if the words are upper or lower case. The project needs to be done by 5 Pm GMT. The sooner the better.
