Python is a very important piece of software, around which many OS components are built (like yum), so instead of messing with CentOS' Python, we could create a Python Virtual Environment (not to be confused with a Virtual Machine), that allow us to install any python package in any version without risking damaging the OS' Python install.

I can help you with this updating the centOS server with python. Also please define what script you are trying to run on server? 1 more thing i have ubuntu and i don't have team viewer on my system but i can send you the commands and tutorial regarding this project if it is suitable for you.
