Very small custom Kodi skin

I need a custom Kodi skin. It will be a very basic looking skin to change basic functionality of Kodi. I want the Kodi to load into a page (home?) that will only contain a list of videos in a fixed folder. I only want list of files in that folder nothing else, including '..' Somewhere else on the page i want 2 labels showing numbers that are polled from a python script. (or shell script, i will write the script later so use a stub, returning a random integer or something) This script shall be called and numbers be updated when the selected video changes. Another script shall be called on load, again this should be a stub, like [login to view URL] And a password protected settings button. A button that, asks for a fixed password on click (taken from a file, or an xml file in the skin or somewhere else, no need for a change password reset password functionality) and goes into kodi settings pages. These pages do not need a custom skin, default estuary is fine. So basically this will be like a kiosk mode locking out access to everything else, with a password. This is feature is problematic, then a button with a password could revert back to original estuary skin. Then i can go into settings and when i'm done i can change the skin back to this custom skin for kind of a kiosk mode. On the VideoFullScreen window, i want a 1280x720 pixel PNG displayed with an opacity. Like a watermark. The PNG file could be at fixed path, and opacity should be in skin files or settings, doesn't matter.
