Technical Lead As a Technical Lead you are expected to Lead all aspects of engineering, including the development of the company’s product & tech roadmap, and lead the team to translate, develop and implement a technology strategy that supports our business strategies. Implement user stories (business requirements) into working software that is effective yet scalable and maintainable. This is a fully remote position based in India, offering you the freedom to work from anywhere you choose. As a remote team member, you will enjoy many benefits, including the flexibility to work from home or anywhere and the opportunity to work with a diverse team from Indonesia. You can expect to : - Our Developers are active throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from idea generation, design, and prototyping to high-quality implementation. - Contribute to critical system architecture decisions and guide full-time engineers. - Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical counterparts to understand our customers’ problems and build solutions that solve them. - It’ll probably help if the following topics excite you: Working with unstructured data, deep tech, AI, or analytics. - A strong interest in coding, hacking, and navigating the Web 3.0 revolution would also be desirable, as we are also exploring the intersection of Web3 and AI. Specific to this role: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent - At least 5 years of relevant work experience is a must. - Good Exposure in NodeJS and ReactJS - We are looking for people who can write clean, effective code. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, Python, Go, ReactJS/Vue.js, NodeJS, PHP, Laravel, or other languages. - Familiarity with Elasticsearch/ELK stack, data structures, storage systems, cloud & on-premise infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools. - A passion for understanding how technical decisions impact the people who will use what you’re building. - You will lead a tech-team member, work effectively in teams, technical or non-technical.
