We are an Ecommerce retailer & wholesaler looking for an exceptional recruiter to join & grow our team. The chosen candidate will be required to: Fill the initial vacancies, both tech & non tech, we have identified by: *Drafting & posting jobs on Freelancer and other platforms, inc specialist forums such as, freelancer.com owned, warriorforum.com *Interviewing, testing & recommending a short list of high calibre candidates *Work with us as a staffing consultant, to identify additional areas in our company that would benefit from recruiting additional team members. *Prepare & implement a recruitment plan. Skills: *English as a first language or exceptionally high english skills. Strong communication is key! *Exceptional Interviewing Skills. *Extensive experience of interviewing & hiring in both tech & non tech sectors. *Ability to spot star talent. * Understand & believe in hiring based on 'culture fit' We are looking to build a mutually beneficial relationship with the chosen candidate. The aim is to use your services on an ongoing basis, as and when required. Pay: We are open to paying by the hour, paying per position filled or paying a set amount per week / month. "TTT" Hi, I am a freelance HR Consultant with special interests in recruitment. I have a total of 12 years of work experience in HR & Training and have done of recruitments for all levels right from the feet on street to the vice president level. My last full time job was with TATAs (total of 7. 5years) where we used to work extensively on hiring people who fit into the "culture". A brief summary of my work in recruitments:  Heading the Talent Acquisition vertical for 3 major business units in the zone. Partnering the leadership teams through manpower planning: Business plan analysis and develop a forecast of resource requirements.  Control costs through a planned approach ~ maximum utilization of all sources: external and internal.  Develop, extract, maintain and update key recruitment metrics i.e. Maintain weekly and monthly metrics for the team in terms of sourcing, cost, quality and TATs.  Partnering business by meeting the staffing requirements for all functions.  Preparing job descriptions for each profile in consultation with functional and line managers Besides, I enjoy working with new organisations and love challenges. TTT I have worked around students in order to find the best potential candidates to fill technical and non-technical jobs in many specialties. I used job searching websites and social media to promote high profile jobs. I have extensive experience interviewing, testing and mentoring candidates in order to make them an asset to the organization. I have an MBA in Projects Management and more than 10 years of experience in the HR realm to include recruiting. I have also served in the international environment with a governmental organization as an HR Manager. Part of my duties included training about the potential contributions diversity can bring to any organization, also, multicultural awareness. (1) I would ask after providing the information about the business objectives: How much would you like to make and how would you contribute to the team. In other words, what do you want and what do the team gets from you? (2) Where do you see yourself in 10, 20 years and how being part of this team could help you reach that goals? (3) Do you want a job where you get the security of a weekly paycheck or do you want an opportunity to grow along with the company. Do you want to be a passenger or a driver? These questions focus on the candidate’s desire to succeed.
