I would like to get a floor plan and elevation for my new home that I will be building at Hyderabad on a land that measures roughly 45*60 with 45 [login to view URL] facing south. The design shall consider proper ventilation and lighting. The designer shall consider above average quality flats that are almost reaching luxury class while designing: - GF as parking space with all parking suitable to park seven seater SUV's and shall provide convenient parking. This floor shall have a space for transformer, watchman room, plus greenery all around the boundary - First floor for Owner with 3 or 4 spacious bedrooms with a big guest room and at least 10*10 Kitchen. This design for this floor shall be of luxury style. - Floors 02-05 will be Typical floors with 2 flats on each floor. Flats shall be 2 or 3 bedroom with spacious rooms and big living/guest room. The flats shall be of modern style with structure that support G+5. The submission shall have: 1. Foundation /Pillar detail with Beam Calculations 2. Electrical plan 3. Furniture Plan shall look as attached 4. Ceiling Plan 5. Elevation modern style (see attached thoughts)
