Can you write C# code to return transformation from two set of 3D points?

Are you able to help? I would like to have a C# method that finds a transformation matrix between two sets of indexed points in 3D space. Input of the C# method shall consist of two sets of indexed 3D points and the output should be a Matrix4x4 transformation from one set of point to another. The method should also output, the re-projection error and the result - success or failed. Thank you!
