Write up a Diet Plan

I was recently diagnosed with G.E.R.D and prescribed medication that is helpful but, produces too much gas and leaves me bloated. Looking for someone with nutrition experience to to do research on G.E.R.D and gas, including what symptoms you get (pain, pulling sensation, voice and speech disruption, numbness in arms etc.) and look up some medication you can take for it plus its side effects (gas, pain etc.). Write up the research then, create a 30-day meal plan with recipe suggestions, along with a list of foods to eat and foods to avoid that I can refer to to help me get back on track. Also talk about natural herbs and essential oils to try as alternatives to regular medicine. Also need similar research and plans etc. done for headaches, carpal tunnel and depression and anxiety. Looking for Native English speakers from US, UK, AUS, NZ and Canada only. Will need samples from chosen candidate to verify that you will not waste my time. Need all of this done in 10-15 days. So, 5 research articles at $5 an article to be done in 10-15 days.
